Neighborhood Association

All who live, work or do business in Old Town Chinatown are considered members of the Neighborhood Association. Portland's oldest neighborhood is always evolving--join us!

OTCTNA Meeting Schedule

General Meeting. First Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6:00pm, first-floor conference room at the University of Oregon, 70 NW Couch St. Contact Nancy Stovall for more information.

Arts, Culture and History. Third Tuesdays from11:30 am to 1 pm at the Oregon Nikkei Legacy Center, 121 NW 2nd. Contact Reid Decker at 503.222.6072 x11 or via e-mail.

Communications Committee. Does not meet regularly but invites volunteers who can help with graphic design, writing, Crier events page editor, publicizing community events. Contact Nancy Stovall, via email.

Livability & Public Safety Committee. Last Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at 232 NW 6th. Contact Howard Weiner via e-mail for full details.

Land Use Committee. Second Tuesdays from 3:00 to 4:30pm at 70 NW Couch St. Room 150. Contact Patrick Gortmaker or Paul Verhoeven.
