  First Sunday in Old Town

Walking Tour
of Historic Old Town

Bronze plaques embedded in the sidewalks on 3rd and 4th Avenues will take you on a historic tour of Old Town.

Designed by Suenn Ho and cast in China, each of the 20 large plaques features a botanical illustration and a quote from one of Old Town's elders.

Chinese, Greeks, Japanese, Jewish, Norwegians and Swedes have all called Old Town "home".  Take a walk through our streets, and find your own heritage here, in Portland's oldest neighborhood.
